Request your order in 5 simple steps…
Hopefully you will find using this merchandise e-shopping site fairly intuitive however; here’s the 5 simple steps you’ll need to take to order your goods:
- Search
Use the left hand navigation to view our range of ‘in stock’ products. You’ll notice the range has been grouped into categories for your ease.
- Add to basket
Once you’ve selected a category you’ll notice that each product is displayed with a picture, a short description of the product, and its price. Simply add your desired products to your basket – you can see a summary of what’s in your basket in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. If you click here or ‘go to shopping basket’ you will be able to make changes to your order, like amend quantities or even remove items if you’ve had a change of heart.
- Checkout
Once you finished shopping you need to click on the ‘checkout’ where you’ll be asked to provide some of your details, including the delivery address and your manager’s name so we know who to cross charge for your goods. Once complete, click ‘proceed’ or ‘confirm’ to move to the next stage of the process.
- Confirm
You will be taken to a screen showing your order summary including the total price of your request and the delivery details. Please note that your manager will be cross charged the total value of your order so please ensure your have gained approval before proceeding. If you are satisfied with the confirmation details then please click ‘proceed’ or ‘payment’ to request your order.
- Your order has now been requested – you will be provided a reference number and Marketing will raise the order with the supplier.
Delivery times:
‘In stock’ items will be delivered within 7 working days of placing the order.
